14th Annual Sporting Clays Outing

We are excited to announce the 14th Annual ASHRAE Sporting Clays Outing, to be held at Bi-State Sportsman’s Association, in Colona, Illinois, on Thursday, June 4, 2026, beginning at 3:30 p.m.

This event is a great opportunity to relax, have fun, and support ASHRAE Student Scholarship. After the shoot, we’ll provide snacks and beverages for all participants at the clubhouse.

To assist with fundraising efforts, we are again offering individual shooter and squad sponsorships (squads of five).If you know someone who would like to participate or donate, please invite them to join us! A sponsor recognition sign will be displayed at the course listing all squad sponsors.

Registration and Sponsorship

Individual Shooter: $85
Includes course fees, clay targets, an ASHRAE scholarship donation.

Squad Sponsor: $425
Includes course fees, clay targets, and ASHRAE scholarship donation and recognition for your sponsorship.

Details

Shells are not included in the shooter or sponsor fees. They can be purchased at Bi-State Sportsman’s Association on the day of the event.

Each participant will need a minimum of 100 shells (lead shot allowed, no larger than #7½).

The event is limited to 60 shooters.

Spots will be filled on a first-paid basis—submit your entry and payment early to guarantee your place!
